HI,
Last week a dairy in Yorkshire started taking on-line shop orders via the MR8-Cloud system.
The system allows orders to be placed with any computer/smart phone using their normal web browser.
The system offers very simple data entry by users, and simple download of changes and update via MR8/DR8.

The costs of the service has not yet been defined but will be much cheaper, less time consuming and error prone than the email/text/answer phone alternative.
