Load saved map

Good Afternoon, Is here an option to save this for future editing? I can see save to pdf only, it would be useful if I could load a  partially completed map at a later date as plans etc change.

Yes, this is possible. Please follow these steps to save your work:

1. Go to Map Overlays and select "Save as a MilX"
   
   
   
2. Select all the layers in your project or individual layers using the check box
   
   
   
3. Press the green colored Save button to store the selected layer as *.milxlyz file
   
   

 

Follow these steps to load saved layers in the MilX-Format (*.milxlyz):

1. Go to Map Overlays and select "Load MilX"
   
   
   
2. Open dialog will start. Select the file or multiple files and press "Open"
3. The MilX-Layers will be loaded. In case the layers contain military symbols from an older military standard the symbols will be upgraded to latest version of symbology standard used in www.map.army.
