Hi,

I want to search for multiple locations at once, but I don't know is it possible and the 'i" button does not bring any hint on that. So maybe there is a way to separate multiple MGRS coordinates with some symbol and search for multiple locations at once instead of copy-pasting one by one?

Thank you!

p.s Map.Army is awesome tool!

Viktoras, thank you for your message and great to hear that you are using https://www.map.army.

The current version of the web application does not support the search for multiple locations (coordinates) at the same time. However, we are looking into the option to add such a search/import.

Question:
In what format is your list of coordinates (e.g. MGRS)? Would it be possible to convert it to a CVS, XLS or XLSX file in the following format:
X-Coordinate // Y-Coordinate // Coordinate System // Name (optional) // MSS SymbolString (optional)

It would be great if you could provide us with an example as this would simplify the specification of this new import.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have further questions on https://www.map.army.

Kind regards
Martin from the map.army team

I have a bunch of coordinates that I need to check but they are not in the file they are on a sheet of paper :D , I could add them to xls and add any formatting to help your system recognize them as you just suggested. I would say the easiest format would be like this example: MGRS 35UMA XXXXX XXXXX;  35UMA XXXXX XXXXX;  35UMA XXXXX XXXXX; and so on. Or maybe a button near search that would say bulk search, and you just paste multiple coordinates separated by ; and select coordinates system at dropdown.
