Cannot visualize the map on 2D

Hi,

I have a problem using the map.army. When I launch the app, there is only this white screen showing, as attached the picture here. However, when I switch to 3D, I can visualize the map on the 3D mode. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue?

We are currently looking into the issue. Could you please tell us what device and web browser you are using.
Could you verify that changing the following options in the 2D view does not have any effect:

1. Change the 'Map Type'



2. Change the 'Brightness', 'Hue' or 'Chroma'Best Regards
