Problems!!!

when I switch to 3D and then 2D I cannot put other things. Is it only a problem of mine????

Regarding your issue:
After the switch back from 3D view to 2D view you have to set the layer which you are working on to ‘active’. This can be done by clicking on the layer in the Layers Menu (the pen icon will be displayed to indicate the active layer):
