Dear map.army Users,

We're excited to announce a powerful new capability that will significantly enhance how your team collaborates! We've introduced full support for sharing both Vector and Image Layers directly from an online source.

This update means you can now seamlessly integrate and distribute your critical spatial data and imagery across your entire team with just a few clicks, ensuring everyone is working with the same authoritative layers.

How to Use This New Sharing Feature

1. Select the Image or Vector Layer and open the new 'Online' panel. Here you can add the URL of the source. Press 'Add' to generate the layer:

Example for Vector Layer:

Example for Image Layer:

2. Go to the Share menu, create a new Share, and select your preferred ShareLink type (e.g. 'Read Only' or 'Edit & Copy').

3. Send the generated Link to your team members!
