For this project we have decided to set up a git repository to make contributions easier. The link to the repository is here: -Black-White-Translation-Files. The procedure is the following. If you want to contribute, fork the project on github, translate the text in a file, then commit your changes, all commits will be revised and the ones deemed adequate will be pulled into the master branch of the project and used in the patch. Kazo has been taking care of the attacks/abilities/items/pokemon names and I've been tackling the menus. We'll merge what we have so far and do a quality check later today. Kazo went to sleep and I will as well in a couple of minutes but for the most part the basics for battling have been taken care of and we'll hopefully release something later today. First you need a Flashcart. A flash cart is an special cartridge which allows the use of homebrew in the DS. Homebrew software is software developed by the community to be used on certain device or environment. This homebrew usually comes in the form of roms or similar.
Now, following this process you cannot transfer the pokemon between your Flashcart and the X and Y games, because of some security measures implemented by Nintendo. So you need to transfer them to a previous generation game first. Which is great given that you do have the Black cartridge.
Perhaps you ran things on Desmume like Soul silver without a problem, before your computer got broken. Surely you've tried a different game in order to determine whether your problem with pokemon black was actually a problem with all games? Most likely explanation is you HAVENT, and you increased the HD rendering options or postprocessing filters to an untenable level such that no game will run at full performance; or your system is now broken (most likely in the GPU driver department).
Ive used cheats before and they seem to work and my game was fine. But i tried a shiny cheat code (it worked) but everytime id run or kill the pokemon it would crash. I got rid of it thinking nothing of it and went to victory road and it crashed and says i need to start over. I started to fix it all it is, is a black screen but i can hear the music and it reads my control but doesn't do anything. Please someone help if u can.

Hello, as the title explained, this keeps happening with any Pokemon game I open. All of my other roms work perfectly fine.
