Mr. Lincoln Daley, Milford Town Administrator

AGENDA:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Introduction of Members and Guests

4: Background:  on Wednesday, 16 August 2023, Standard

Power of America (SPoA) received the randomized

billing information from Eversource.  This is the

information for which the SPoA & Good Energy team had

been waiting.  Now they will be able to issue detailed

Requests for Proposal [RFP] to satisfy the requirements

of Milford’s citizens and small businesses not already

under contract with second party suppliers.

SPoA will brief our members about their progress on this

request for proposals and our responsibilities under

         RSA 53 - E: 6 & 7

We MEAC & MCPC members need to be able to answer

questions and assist with the required Public Hearings

and Training process.  Due to the expected number of

people who have expressed interest and concerns, we

will definitely require the Auditorium on several

        occasions to fulfill our responsibilities.

  1. Approval of Minutes of 18 May 2023 meeting

NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Report by Standard Power of America next steps for our MEAC / MCPC including another Public Hearing before our Request for Proposal.  Earliest possible discounted power might be available no earlier than the end of August and more likely later due to the mid May approval by the PUC and very recent release of the required billing data, essential to the RFP process.

OTHER BUSINESS:

ADJOURNMENT:

Respectfully;
