Hello Gardeners,
      So we  are ready for our first workday/party of the year. Because of the heat, i suggest we do an evening thing around 5 p.m. What day is best for the majority of you all? It doesn't have to be weekends and we'll have a make-up day for those who can't make it. Rosemary can you organize the potluck  and entertainment? Anybody else want to help organize ?,it'll be appreciated. Maybe someone can translate this for our spanish speaking
gardeners. Thanks Oscar.

Lets talk about the garden whenever you have time. I would like to help organize some social and educational events. Maybe a few of us could meet at the garden and brainstorm ways to be more connected to each other. Also figure out a way to help Oscar with his work schedule. Lets pick a day and get together. FYI for all of you growing Basil.It loves to flower. Don't pinch off the just the flowers. Your basil will grow much bigger and fuller if you pinch off 4-6 inches below the flowers.

    I am trying to organize the All Saints youth group to do a workday at Milagro. Probably be a Tuesday. We can figure out a doable job that we can get done in 2 hours. Regarding the Milagro work day we are available the weekend July 28th or 29th or Thursday July 19th or August 2. I can do the food.
