On Hacker News the #2 article (extremely high interest) now is
"DoD FAQ: Is Open Source Software Commercial Software? Yes. (defense.gov)"

Of course, most of us here have known this for a *very* long time.
The DoD 2009 memo said it as well, and that wasn't first time it'd been stated.
