Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that there is a two day Way of Nature
class taking place in Madison, Wisconsin the weekend of March 3 and
March 4 at the Olbrich Gardens. Miriam Hall is teaching. You can find
more info and register at their website:
http://www.olbrich.org/education/classes.cfm#workshops
Also in the works with Miriam teaching is a Way of Nature retreat at
Windhorse in Wisconsin. This would be an entire weekend program
including lodging. Check out their website to get a feel for the
grounds.

The program is not yet listed but I believe it will be held in late
April and as soon as I have more definitive information I will share
it with you.
Way of Nature is an extension of Miksang Level 2 - a creative class
that teaches the practice of haiku and nature/landscape photography.
Spend the weekend immersing yourself in the beauty of the outdoors
while working with perception. You will learn how nature influences
our perceptions and how to develop those perceptions into art others
can enjoy and experience directly. No previous writing experience
required.
Lennie, from Madison, and I will be co-teaching a Miksang Level 1
class the weekend of June 9/10. If anyone is interested in helping
coordinate or in taking the class again please let me know.
Also, as the weather starts to get a little warmer maybe some of you
have suggestions as to getting together for a Miksang shoot or review
at someone's home. If so, please announce possible dates/locations to
the group.
Thanks and hope you are all doing well.
Julie
