Thursday July 31 ride post

Long weekend coming and I suspect some are out of town but let's give it a go. We will visit and old favorite at the Sibbald Loop which might officially be called the Powderface Loop. We will meet at the Pine Top parking lot (on the left heading west on the Sibbald turnoff from Highway 1 west from Calgary. 

We are picking this ride as we are informed that two new trails have been added to take riders much higher into the hills with a nice 2 to 2.5 hour loop. Let's check 'em out.

6:15 meeting time with a 6:30 kick off. About a 35 to 40 minute drive from the west edge of town to Pine Top parking.

George - sounds like a fun one.  I'll be there.  

I'm going to bring a buddy of mine too if that works.  He has never ridden a bike before but is a solid athlete so he should do fine.  

Just kidding, he is a seasoned rider, he'll keep up.
