MikeOS 4.7 released!

Hi everyone,

As we've had no reports of problems with the last beta version, here's
MikeOS 4.7 final:

The only change since the beta is the addition of
programs/codebyte.asm (and hello.512) from John Endler. The full list

Thanks to everyone who contributed! And if anyone finds any
bugs/issues, please let us know.

Now, I'll take a look at the assembler from Keyhan Vakil, that John
tweaked to run on MikeOS...
