Where to post corrections to book?

to Mikado Method

It looks like a good book. It's too soon for me to make broad
suggestions, but I have found some obvious problems.

1. The URL on p36 is incorrect. http://github.com/brolund/mikadomethod/tree/master/example1
is correct.
