minor typo mistakes

Hi guys,

First of all, congratulations for the book. I've been looking for a
book on this subject for a while. I'm still reading and so far I liked
a lot. When I'd finish, I''ll send a feedback.

I've found some minor typos on the text,

page 33: there is a small duplication in the follow sentence
"In this example, In this example the changes are reproduced with
little effort, ..."

page 120: another duplication (at least I think)
"6.3.7 - Code code of conduct"

page 138: probably it is "in software development" ?
"As so many other times i software development, we..."
