Referral Recruitment Drive for Fresh Graduates
The Global Campus Relationship team invites referrals for fresh
graduates in B.Tech., B.E., MCA and M.Sc. (CS/ IT).

Designation (after probation) : Software Developer
Band and Grade (after probation) : A2
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification:
a. B.Tech. (all branches)
b. B.E. (all branches)
c. MCA
d. M.Sc. (CS and IT)
2. Year of Graduation: 2014 and 2015 only
3. Required Academic Standards: 60% throughout academics [10th, 12th,
graduation (and PG if applicable)]
4. Good communication skills
Important Pointers:
1. The referrer should update the referral details at the following
location: Fresher Referral Drive

2. The referrer should verify and ensure the correctness of the
details entered.
3. The candidates will be contacted through the email IDs/ mobile
numbers updated by the referrer.
4. The referrer should attach the referral’s resume in addition to
entering the details.
5. Referrals made with incomplete (or incorrect) data and/ or
without resumes attached will not be considered. There will be no
intimation to the referrer/ candidate in such a case.
6. Applications/ resumes via. email will not be considered.
7. All details entered will be thoroughly verified by the Global
Campus Relationship (GCR) team.
8. The GCR team will shortlist the candidates according to the requirements.
9. The shortlisted candidates will receive email notification(s) to
attend the recruitment drive.
10. Candidates who have attended a UST Global recruitment drive in the
past six months are not eligible to attend this drive.
11. Final decision on the test location would be made based on the
number of applications received for each center.
12. Finalizing the schedule (including the venue) of the selection
process and updating the eligibility criteria for the shortlisting of
candidates are at the sole discretion of the GCR team.

Note: Referral bonus is not applicable for this drive.
