Development environment authentication not working

Starting off with a praise of wonderful work on the tool! Thank you.

It seems to work quite nicely when using on public URLs, but I am having trouble when it comes to opening development environment which is only open for my network. I'm talking about actually deployed environment which opens completely fine on my iPad when using regular Safari. Asks for authentication with browser's own authentication dialog, logs in, works, no problem. MIHTool just never opens the authentication at all. It just keeps loading and shows white page.

I'm not using secure connection either. No SSL. iPad and PC (Chrome) I use are in the same network.

Is this something that just can't be done with MIHTool currently or do you think I'm doing something wrong?

This is a know issue, I am sincerity sorry about this.Please debug with self certification, without authentication dialog.
