Mihov Active 800x600 4.0 released

Hi everyone!

It's been a long time, but I'm still alive and active :)

I just want to let you know that I have released a new version of Mihov Active 800x600, a popular program for resizing application windows to specific sizes. The tool is most popular with web designers to test the web pages in different sizes. The new version 4.0 brings also window positioning. You can choose not only window size, but also where the window should be positioned on screen.

And a little off topic, all my utilities work perfectly also with Windows 10, even with Anniversary update. Try them!
