Mihov Blank Screen - version 1.3 released

Hi!

I have just released a new version of Mihov Blank Screen, a less known
program for performing basic tests of your monitor (or even better,
monitor that you're buying). The tests you can make are all visual and
they will not show you if the monitor is good - but they will show you
if it's bad.
