Mihov Blank Screen 1.5 released

Hello again!

I'm glad to tell you that I have added another useful feature to Mihov Blank Screen and have released it as version 1.5.
Mihov Blank Screen is a basic utility to quickly test the quality of the monitor (it's a basic test!). With this new version I have added the possibility to test the screen positioning. By adding a borer to the background we can now see if the image on the monitor fits the screen. I find it most useful for testing tablet PCs.
