Unexpected down time for dk.migrid.org this morning

Hi list
Apparently there was a massive power outage most of the morning in or
near the KU hosting centre where dk.migrid.org is installed.
Everything should be back to normal now, and active resources should
slowly begin taking jobs again.

The server appears completely offline today: we will investigate it
tomorrow.

It was another cooling and power outage at KU. It is back online again
thanks to Jesper.

There's another major outage at KU this morning it seems.
We will monitor the situation and make sure the MiG server gets back
online ASAP.
