New feature and bug fix release

Hi MiG'ers

After more than a year in development we've just uploaded a shiny new
MiG 1.4.0 release to our Code site:
http://code.google.com/p/migrid/downloads/list

It includes some security improvements and a lot of exciting new
features, so there are many good reasons to upgrade.
