AddAllColumns for From

We have AddAllColumns and Relations[x].AddAllColumns, but is there a way to Add All the Columns of the From Enitity ?

Seems I frequently want all the From columns, but only want to cherry pick columns from Relations.

(I know general recommendation is to just use AddAllColumns, but our most used entities have well over 100 each and it does eventually impact performance unless you are rigerous with your cacheing)
