Titlebar disappears in Maximize

Hi,

I have a window that opens in the center of the screen, not resizable. The clients wants this screen to be resizable and so I activated the Minimize and Maximize button in the titlebar. But now, when I maximize the screen it fills up the available space, which is good, but the titlebar disappaers and I can't g back to the original size or minimize it (or close it with the close button for that matter).
