Using ENV.Web

I was looking at the ENV.Web documentation to try and convert business processes to REST API's. 

The problem that I am having is that my ENV seems to be a different/older version than the one being used in the ENV.Web project.

Is there a way I could update/change my ENV to make it more compatiable?
