Hi all, 

is it possible to add a left or right margin on a section report or a full page ?

I have a report and the customer can choose to print it in duplex. When printig in duplex, for the odd pages i must add a left marging, and on even pages a right margin.

Playing with "BindLeft" is just possible for very simple Layout with few controls, but when the layout as vertical lines, Horizontal lines and many controls, is just a pain !!

Hi José,

Sure you can do that - with a bit of changes to the code of the printer writer - you can add some pixels to the x position and control that - even based on the page number.

The change would be limited to ENV / Firefly and wouldn't affect your reports.

Go to - ENV\Printing\Advanced\PrintDocumentPrintJob.cs and add some x value to each draw rectangle, text etc... and you'll get  what you're looking for
