Async call in ENV.Common.RunOnNewThread

Hi,

Is it possible to call MethodAsync inside ENV.Common.RunOnNewThread

Eg:

ENV.Common.RunOnNewThread(() => 

{ 

  new  MethodAsync().Run(); 

},false);

Seems like Method() is not called at all.

Please help to resolve this.

Please create a small stand alone reproduction of this, so that we can try and debug the problem.

We recommend creating that reproduction in the Northwind project - that all developers in this forum have.

Please only include the files you've added to the Northwind project ,and not the entire ENV and Firefly etc... as these are bound by your NDA.

I have the same issues over here. I have some C#-code that runs async, but the procedure is never run. The code I'm trying to call is made by a third party and is used to call an API with OAuth2-authentication.
