Hi Peter,
I tried this with no luck ... it recognizes the ghost population as
containing 0 copies, but then gives me the error below. My idea was to
include the population in the migration matrix, with constant or null
values between each real population, but this results in an error as
well. How did you do it for your 2004 paper?
