Prompt and informative answer:
- read the manual, and use the brownian mutation model
- perhaps test migrate on a small dataset (2 population) to find out how long it runs?
- skim the migrate-support list

Dear Group members,

I am trying to analyse one microsatelite data using migrate-n, But the process takes to long time to finish...even not complete with 5 days and more.

  1. Please suggest how to enable this migrate-n to be used in Linux cluster.
  2. Which king of cluster actually needed for Migrate-n to run.
  3. Please give some introduction for result analysis and interpretation of the results achieved in this process.
Waiting for prompt and informative response.

Vishal Mevada.
