sqlalchemy-migrate 0.4.5 released

Hello,

release 0.4.5 of sqlalchemy-migrate has been finished and uploaded.

The release contains some larger changes. We changed the repository
format, introduced new migrate commands and added schema introspection
code. Most of the work has been done by Christian Simms. These new
features and an upgrade path for existing repositories are covered in
[0].

Issue 18 "Add support for multiple repos in one db." [1] and issue 20
"Use a specific logger instead of the root logger" [2] have been fixed
in this release.

We have a SVN branch containing experimental and unfinished support
for MS SQL-Server at [3]. You are invited to help, if you have
interest in this branch and the ability to test this code and make it
run with all existing unit tests.

Have fun with sqlalchemy-migrate and report any feature requests or
bugs to the ticket system [4]
