0.4.2 release and included in Debian testing archive

Hello,

release 0.4.2 was released on 19th February. It contains a bugfix to
make imports of sqlalchemy's SchemaGenerator work correctly.

sqlalchemy-migrate 0.4.2 is now included in the Debian testing archive
[1]. I joined Debian's python packaging team to provide high quality
packaging for our project. The next stable release of Debian will
include sqlalchemy and a working sqlalchemy-migrate version.

Have fun with sqlalchemy-migrate and report any feature requests or
bugs to the ticket system [2]
