 Hi

 Lakshan,

 Just checking in

again. I am a bit worried that the price of the ticket
will

go up if we wait too long and our budget is very tight
so

please send me a quote as soon as possible or we may only
be

able to reimburse up to the amount that the other

 participants paid for their tickets.

 Hope all is well!

   Dear Lakshan,

Thank you for your interest in joining the

Access to Justice: Case Analysis and Documentation

  Workshop.

It was great getting to talk to you while we were
in

  Sri

   Lanka.

We have now heard back from all invited

organisations. Most of our colleagues seem to
prefer

 the

  31

July- 3 August slot; in fact several of them
can’t

  join

the workshop if we have it after 4 August.

We have decided therefore to hold the Case

Analysis and Documentation Workshop from 31 July

 through

  3

August. We expect participants to arrive by 30 July

 or

  in

exceptional cases early in the morning of 31 July.

 You

  can

plan to leave late at night on 3 August or on 4

 August.

  Twin

share rooms would be booked for you for 4 or 5

 nights,

   depending on your flight schedule.

We will send more detailed information about

booking flights and the venue later this month.
Right

  now,

may I request you to please register your chosen

representative for the workshop by filling out the

  following

   form: http://goo.gl/forms/1wH2tHkIFT (In

case you have problems with the form, do let me

   know.) Since you are not

representing an organisation, feel free to ignore
the

   questions for the organisation contact.

A little information about the AtJ

Team:At the moment the Access to Justice team

of GAATW-IS comprises myself and two legal interns,

  Katya

and Marie-France. All three of us have begun our
work

 at

  the

IS in May and are looking forward to this workshop

 and

working closely with you after it. Once we have the

registration forms, we will start preparatory

  communication

with the participants. After the workshop we will

  follow-up

on the action plans created during the workshop.

 Please

  note

that the key goal of this workshop is to

  collaboratively

develop simple tools that legal aid providing

  organisations,

such as yours, can use to identify trafficking
cases

  that

occur in the context of labour migration. We are

 hoping

  that

the tool/s we develop together, will make your

 regular

  work

with migrant workers stronger in general and it
will

  add

value to your work on Access to Justice work in

   particular. For your reference, I

have attached the concept note for the workshop and

  will

send a tentative agenda and orientation materials

 leading

  up

   to the workshop soon.
