WOW! This is NOT a standalone trick but a game changing tool with which to engineer illusions. I highly recommend having both the original and the plus just for the versatility. A well earned 5 stars with this!

Magic Kingdom is the best park for buying Genie+ at Walt Disney World. For this Lightning Lane report, I tested my strategy on a fully-booked day over a holiday weekend to see how much time I could save skipping standby lines with paid FastPass.

This Genie+ photo report walks you through my step-by-step day in MK, with my Lightning Lane selections & return times, ride reservation screenshots, what I accomplished, and thoughts at the end about whether Genie+ is worth the money at Magic Kingdom. It also includes strategy and other useful advice, plus plenty of useless and random commentary.

The PeopleMover, in particular, was a challenge because it kept breaking down. This meant long waits both in line and stuck on the attraction. I was trying to get a clean video of the new narration, failing on my first half-dozen ride-throughs. In other words, our day was not the average tourist experience in Magic Kingdom. (Not to discourage you from looping the TTA or Carousel of Progress. Doing both repeatedly is, of course, a good idea.)

So you can only reserve one ride at a time. Once you redeem/get on the ride, you can select another ride. Alternatively, you can select another ride two hours after your last selection. If at 7:30 AM you reserved your first ride, and you time to redeem is at 10 AM, you can make your next reservation at 9:30 AM (assuming MK is open), or once you redeem your previous reservation .

We just got back from Disney July 10th-15th with a group of 26 (11 kids) and Genie + Worked amazing for us in Magic Kingdom the first day (It worked great in every park). We did all the main rides except for splash mountain (Made it priority the next time we were in MK). we arrived at the park 8:45ish left for mid-day pool break around 11:30-3:30 then had dinner at liberty tree at 4:15PM. One thing I did learn later in the trip was that I was able to make LL reservations for 23 at one time instead of the 10-12 that everywhere online was saying. Only Individual LL stopped us at 10 per booking slot.

Question-if you had tapped into Peter Pan at 12:25, would you have been able to immediately book a new selection based on that tap AND around 1 pm make a selection based on space mountain being booked around 11 am? Or does the Peter Pan tap in and subsequent selection of something start a new clock allowing for another reservation no earlier than 1:25/negating the 1 pm window caused by space mountain booking?

What is your best buzzer beater to the Dwarfs? Ours is 10:59 from Peter Pan to it, but your PM to Seven Dwarfs is impressive! Great report! Also the other night Dwarfs was down we went from TLM to PM at 10:57 ?

In the detailed instructions, Josh shows you how to string together effects into a complete routine with multiple magical moments that all play a role in convincing your audience that all the back designs are the same. This makes the final full-deck change a truly unexplainable stunner.

To summarize: if you would like to do this trick exactly as it appears in the trailer, consider purchasing a couple regular, red Phoenix Decks here. If you prefer to perform the trick by finding four Kings in, say, a green or yellow or checkered deck, you don't need to purchase anything additional. The PRISM Plus does not come with the Red Phoenix box.

The "Prism Plus" deck can be used with any deck of cards you normally use. You'll just need to take out any four of a kind and add them to the "Prism" deck and pop them into the card case you normally use and you're good to go.

I can highly recommend this deck as I bought the original and now that Josh as supplied a new gimmick this makes the trick a lot stronger than before the teaching by Josh as you would expect is second to none and is very modular you can make the performance as long and as short as you would like this is a real winner and would recommend picking up the phantom deck as well as this makes the ending even stronger.

The Prism Plus is much more than a color-changing deck routine. With the material provided, a performer could develop a complete close-up act. The quality of the deck (along with the new prism gimmick) is high. By investing a few bucks in the Phantom Deck (also a quality prop), you have a great closing effect. The accompanying video is very well done as well, with clear explanations and demonstrations. I highly recommend.

Joshua Jay has done it again. Prism Plus is pure revolution! This is not a trick, not even a card magic routine. In this small package that you can purchase for 29 pounds you will find up to 5 different routines. A combination of effects that one after the other leads you to create the most amazing changing deck you have ever seen. Get some red Phoenix and if you also have the Phantom Deck, you will have a great performance of at least 15 minutes.

The BEST rainbow deck EVER! I bought the regular prism 3 years ago and have been using it ever since. since adding the prism PLUS to the mix, i enjoy performing it even more! it turned the almost sleight free routine to almost self working! I think this rainbow deck is better than the other version since the cards actually look like cards you could've been collecting over time. also, the bonus features of the cards make them amazing for tricks (before or after) the basic routine. (the bonus cards are also really cool, and have a some really nice effects).

So many different individual tricks included that I did not know even came with it. Video for the trick is easy to download and very easy to follow. They give you like three different ways to do the trick so depending on your skill level, you can definitely get the job done. Would definitely recommend.

I like the idea of cards being face up and face down in the spectators hands for the triumph portion of the routine this is a very nice touch, i think. Also the advice about how to convince the audience that the deck is all red is sound, good theory. The routine is well explained and Josh takes his time with you sharing a wonderful effect.

Simply my go to closer for the last 5 years. I was lucky enough to get a Prism Plus gimmick 5 years ago at a lecture in Newcastle, England. The gimmick has never failed me in all that time. I have bought again because everything was starting to look worn... what do you expect from all that usage. Superb routine when coupled with Phantom Deck... Bravo Mr Jay!!

Everything you hope and expect from Joshua Jay. The "Plus" makes all the difference from someone that performs with both the Prism and Phantom deck the added gimmick makes the entire effect FEEL like magic.

Had the original prism for years and it's been the best color changing deck effect I do. Witth prism plus, you get additional visuals to an already great routine. The gimmick is well made and camouflages really well.

What a beautiful prop, u get a deck and joshua teaches u his multiple handling and routine included is amazing not my style though but u get amazing routine with phoenix quality cards and for a very good price. indeed i am impressed.

good and clear explanation, although there is much information in one video, but almost all is there, now I must to rehearse with the video on to realize how much easier or complex is it, comparing with viewing the video or doing it practically.

Let me see...do I really need ANOTHER gimmicked deck? Not really, but this was a bit much to pass on. Haven't got it yet but it looks like it's loaded with a lot of powerful, colorful magic? Can't wait to explore this version of the Prism Deck! Peace and love to all for the New Year!

These are great routines, that are well thought out! There are a lot of options here. The cards clearly work for a color changing deck/rainbow deck routine, but many cards are multipurpose and double as a gaff or revelation!

All of the praise you've heard of PRISM by Joshua Jay exists for a reason, this trick is really out of this world. This is most certainly the best color-changing deck effect ever created. The DVD and download instructions provided after purchasing this effect are also unmatched by any other product of this kind. Joshua tells you everything you need to know about performing the trick while giving you tips and advice on presentation. Included with the deck are a few extra cards that you can use to perform with the color-changing deck, or by themselves. You will not be disappointed after purchasing this, the PRISM deck is a reputation maker that you will be performing for a long time.

Josh has come out with a very clever deck in prism you have got a complete act here with the routines taught and this is your perfect closer routine because all routines are very strong and the audience will not see the end coming and the fact it comes at a great price its well worth the money recommended.

This I truly love. Such a great deck so many possibilities. The routines that Joshua preforms and teaches are great. As always. I have been after a good rainbow deck for some time now but have always been dissatisfied with other products. This however hits the nail right on the head. ??
