Grand Viva || Re-scheduling

Hi,

As requested by most of you, Grand Viva is being postponed. I spoke to HoD today, tentative dates for grand viva are 7th and 8th of December. If any one has a problem with these dates please fill up the form attached. In case we aren't able to converge to a  common date then we will have it according to the current schedule. 

I need to inform HoD by 11'o clock tomorrow. So, please fill the sheet by 10:00am tomorrow.

Hi,

Grand viva has been postponed to 7th and 8th of December. Schedule will be updated by Tuesday.

The department just sent a mail saying there is no change in schedule! 

@Saketh: Can you please clarify from department and clear all the confusion?

Hi,

I am in HoD office right now, waiting to meet him.

So the issue is as follows, I met HoD on Friday and asked him regarding postponing of  Viva. He said it is okay after a long discussion but on the condition that no student should later come to HoD office complaining on this. HoD asked me to confirm by Saturday morning. I collected the responses and called up Ashokan sir at 11 but he wasn't in office and he said it will be okay and he will inform to concerned person. But today they are saying that Ashokan is responsible only for B.Tech and I have to inform other person in office. 

I am extremely sorry about all this, I know that my sorry wouldn't be enough for the problem that has occurred. I will share some material useful for viva in a while.

I will try my best to convince HoD but I can't assure anything. He looks to be very much pained with me already.

Viva will happen on 24th ans 27th of November as per schedule.
