mohon ijin info Lowongan Pekerjaan sebagai berikut:

PT. Memiontec Indodonesia (MIT) has the following positions open for immediate engagement :
1. Project Manager (1 pax)
2. Procurement Manager (1 pax)
3. HRD Staff / Supervisor (1 pax)

Qualifications required:
1. Project Manager (1 pax):
a. Proven Experienced as Project Manager for Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) &  Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at least 5 years at the same position.
b. Proven Experienced in WWTP & WTP at least for 15 years.
c. Strong Leadership and Team Building Attitude
d. Good Knowledge in Project Management, Construction Management, holding Professional Certificates (IAMPI, HAMKI) are preferred.
e. Min. Bachelor Degree / S1 in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process / Chemical)
f. Good oral and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
g. Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
h. A confident and mature approach
i. Action fast & results oriented
j. Strong Ownership, Responsible, Honest and Analytical Skills
k. Willing to travel time to time outside Jakarta

2. Procurement Manager (1 pax):
a. Min. Bachelor Degree in Economic / Engineering or relevant qualification
b. Min. 10 -25 years experiences as Procurement Manager
c. Experiences with material WWTP & WTP purchasing is advantage
d. Knowledge with Cost Analysis, Financial Management or Budget Management
e. Strong Ownership, Responsible, Honest and Analytical Skills
f. Good negotiation, strong leadership & networking
g. Responsible for strategic and advanced procurement activities
h. Delivering budget control, management of annual cost reduction targets
i. Be a leader who demontrates determinations, energy and enthusiasm
j. Willing to work in a a constantly evolving, growing environtment and relish a challenge
k. Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
l. Good oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
m. Ability to make important decissions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
n. A confident and mature approach
o. Action fast and result oriented

3. HRD Staff / Supervisor (1 pax):
a. Male/Female, age 35 years old max. 
b. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00/4. 
c. Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. 
d. At least 5 year(s) of working experience. 
e. Good managerial, organizational skill and a team player. 
f. Willing to work long hours, under pressure and very tight deadline.
