[Mifos-users] Exception while running Fineract 1.7 locally

Good Morning Devs,

I cloned the finerect repo and ran "gradlew bootRun" on it (the databases were already built) but the exception attached is thrown.

How I get passed this?

Yes of course, I will share the details:

OS: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22000.675]

JDK: openjdk version "17.0.3" 2022-04-19 LTS

fineract path: D:\projects\fineract

I am running this in a windows terminal, the command issued is gradlew bootRun

Hi Arnold,

I have tried with Git Bash but I am getting the same error with branches [develop,1.7.0] which is not the case with branch fix1.6.0. Branch 1.6.0 runs just fine.

There will be very soon. I'm planning to raise a PR today as a fix.

In the meantime, if it's not critical for you to use the regular Windows Command Line, you can go ahead and try a terminal emulator, for example Git Bash. Seems like the issue only pops up with the Windows Command Line.
