Hello,

I've created a sample loan. Below are the loan Account Details:

However, checking the repayment schedule, the repayment date is different for each installment.
While creating the client's Loan Account, it is mandatory to choose the day of the month the payment is to be made (in this example, set to first Monday)

Is there a way to make the repayment schedule always be on the first of the month? (01 April, 01 May, 01 June...)

Thank you.

Hello Faten,
To achieve the above you can utilise the group features, specifically the ability to attach meetings. Set the meetings to be occurring on 1st of each month, add your clients to that group.
When applying for a loan select the group first, then drill down to the client applying for the loan, then apply from there, on the first repayment date set it to be the 1st of the next month. All the other repayments date will then fall on the 1st of each month.

Hi,

Which version is this?

Check your product settings, it's probably misconfigured.

We can support you, reach out on Skype zsaid2011.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.
I attempted your approach (add a client to a group, assign meetings and create their loan from the group), however, I am still facing issues.
Namely, when I try to set the first repayment date of the Loan, I am unable to set the date any further than the current date.

Is there a way, when setting the repayment schedule, the 'Select On' and 'Select Day' not to be mandatory?

Thanks again.

Best Regards,
Faten Houjaij.
