[Mifos-users] Couldn't connect to server

Hi All,

 

I have been trying to log into my server since yesterday and it gives the error message “Couldn't connect to server. Make sure you are using correct settings.”  My settings haven’t changed. I’m using MifosX version 16.01.2

 

So I’ve also tried logging onto https://demo.openmf.org/ and it is producing the same error. Does it also being on 16.01.2 have some bearing on the problem?

 

Please advise.

Hello Sifiso, 

Could you please check now it's working, earlier server was down. Their is no issue with the 16.01.2 version. If you are getting this error message "Couldn't connect to server. Make sure you are using correct settings." Then you need to debug the issue by checking logs for the error and resolve the issue it should work fine.

I have restarted the server and its working fine now. I could verify demo.openmf.org.

Please verify and let us know if you still face issues.

Confirmed its working. Both on my server and on the Mifos demo server. Interesting because no changes were made to our server after it couldn’t access.
