Currently application does not support to disburse the 2nd tranche if the first tranche loan due is zero,
Eg. 1. Submit a loan application for a client on 01 January 2014 with monthly repayment for 6 months,
2. 1st tranche disbursement on same date
2nd tranche disbursement on 01 April 2014.
3. Approve and disburse the loan.
4. Start making the repayment and do not make the 2nd repayment.
> After certain repayment system doesnot allow to make repayment displays error message to make second tranche disbursement before making the repayment.
Implementation should be

User should be allowed to make all the repayments of the first tranche so that outstanding balance of the loan go to zero,
-
User should be allowed to decide the loan go to closed state or remain in active state.

Disburse button should be implemented for the 2nd tranche in loan account page.
