Mifos has entered the stage of development and adoption that not as many end users know or understand "mifos style" in the drop down description. I would suggest a list in this order:

Fee, Penalty, Interest, Principal order
Interest, Principal, penalty, fees order
Principal, interest, penalties fees order
Early Repayment Strategy
RBI (India)
Heavensfamily
Creocore
Mifos Legacy 2.x

RBI India - could be renamed as "Overdue/Dues Fees/Interest First - Pre-payments to Principal" - tool tip can be "Apply payments first to Overdue/Due Fees & Interest, then to Overdue/Due Principal and any remaining is applied to future Principal"
