Currently, it is not possible to search Clients while redoing Loan.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to Admin -> Redo Loan.
3. Enter '%' into search field.
Actual result:
Page with stack trace appears.
Expected result:
Page with searc hresults appears.
