Hi Ed,

Here is the Wiki page with V1 reqs for tiered KYC for Mobile Wallet 2.0.  I couldn't find a Mifos-X specific space on Confluence so I parked it under Fineract but called out in the body of the page that this is for MW 2.0 on Mifos X.
