[Mifos-developer] [ Mifos Developer ] I can't log in in Mifos X locally installed system

Hello Community

Please help me, i successfully installed the Mifos X system in my
computer, am using Linux Mint 17.2. But am trying to login with the
credentials that was given from this link
https://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/docs/Mifos+X+Installation+on+Linux+-+Ubuntu+Server (username: mifos and password:password) but failed to login, it gives the error "Couldn't connect to server. Make sure you are using correct setting". What can it be the
problem?

Which password did you use for root for mysql?

is it mysql or you changed it while installing mysql?

try to update your mysql password to "mysql" and let me know.

I have not done Mifos X installation on Linux, but I can give you some hints before you get an expert answer from our community.

Please check if your Fineract engine is running by making below request:

https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1/offices?tenantIdentifier=default

Hello Mexina,

Can you please share your tomcat log so that we can confirm that Mifos platform has started correctly ?

Also, could you share the result of making an API call, say https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1/clients?tenantIdentifier=default
