I realize this was a thread we never closed out on nor pages that we updated.

It should be the following (AFAIK).  

I need to update the how to license code pages (http://mifosforge.jira.com/wiki/display/MIFOS/Mifos+Licensing) and close out this ticket (http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-5468)

You may already know this, but maintaining these licenses was automated
a while ago by Adam Feuer. See
https://github.com/mifos/head/blob/master/resources/scripts/relicense-java-file.py

relicense-java-file.py needs a small text change, but it should get most
of the work done in one shot.

Thanks - I've used the header wit the FSC Copyright in 3 new .java
files (for MIFOS-5157), and just updated that Wiki page. I'll let
somebody else use resources/scripts/relicense-java-file.py to change
all existing .java files - note left in MIFOS-5468.
