[Mifos-developer] Welcome to our 2021 Google Summer of Code Interns for Apache Fineract

It's that time of year again and we're proud to announce our class of 2021 Google Summer of Code interns. Regrettably Mifos was not selected as a mentoring org this year but we were fortunately able to  participate under the umbrella of the Apache Software Foundation and have selected 5 interns to contribute back to Fineract-related projects this summer.
