[Mifos-developer] why sonar hudson build is broken - using maven3 with sonar-maven-plugin 2.0-beta-2

Hi,

I think we need to upgrade our sonar server to fix this problem,
because 2.1 doesn't support MAVEN 3.

The version that latest sonar hudson plugin uses is
sonar-maven-plugin:2.0-beta-2 which is requires maven3,

previously it was 2.0-SNAPSHOT which was able to build with maven2.

May be we can fix this ,but for now it can not find 2.0-SNAPSHOT in
our NEXUS repo even if we force that version on sonar-hudson plugin.

When the beta was released sonar-hudson plugin tried upgrading it's dependency.

Another interesting thing is that there are two group ids
org.codehaus.mojo:sonar-maven-plugin (2,0-beta-2 is the latest)
org.codehaus.sonar:sonar-maven-plugin (2.2 is latest)

While sonar-hudson plugin only uses/support org.codehaus.mojo

Hi Udai,
I can concur. I ran a build a sonar build on my laptop with sonar
version 2.4.1 a week ago on mifos successfully.
