MINOR Problem
The file server.xml has been modified as you recommended.
MAJOR Problem
I followed all the steps and instructions but it was not clear and I didn't understand where exactly to edit.
Which file is being modified?
Is it in the Tomcat files?
or in java files
or in Mysql files
Please make the steps easy for me and explain to me more or mention the name of the file that needs to be modified or send the path of this file so that I can correct it.

Re: Mifos 21.07.01 Installation on Tomcat-Windows @Riyadh Alhjaji two problems (one is major the other is minor ) MAJOR Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value '�������� - ������� ������' is unrecognized or represents more than one time solve this by following the instructions of how i solved my other challenge https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-1309 MINOR I have noticed most of you do not use the server.xml file provided in these guides - the default server.xml that comes with tomcat might be missing some listeners or might be having other that might cause issues.
