[Mifos-developer] Introduction – Satyam Mishra

Hi,

My name is Satyam Mishra (GitHub: saksham869), and this is my first time joining the Mifos Developer Community.

I am excited to start contributing to Apache Fineract and the Mifos AI initiative.
Here’s a brief background about me: I have experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring AI, MySQL, Docker, and backend/API development. I am particularly passionate about applying these skills in the fintech domain.

I have explored both the Fineract and Mifos AI repositories and found that they align closely with my interests. In particular, I have an initial idea for Mifos AI involving a chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, which I’d love to discuss further with a mentor to refine and develop.

Could someone please guide me to a suitable introductory JIRA ticket or recommend a good first task? I would also appreciate being connected with a mentor for Mifos AI to discuss my idea and possible next steps.
