I forgot to mention that this build includes the fix to issue #2065,
originally committed on the trunk by Amir at revision 13403. That is
the only change.

The latest Mifos v1.1 RC was built early this morning (Zulu time) and
is branches/v1.1.x@13431.

The trunk and branches/v1.1.x are still basically in sync. Build
products (e.g.: the Mifos WAR) should be functionally identical.

We have, however, moved from "full sync" to "cherrypicking", so we do
anticipate a gradual divergence of the two lines of development,
especially as v1.2 and v2.0 work gains momentum.

The only anticipated changes to be made to the branch *at this time*
are updates to the LICENSE, INSTALL, and README files.
