I checked the scenario you told me. Actually we can sought out within the angular UI bootstrap tabs which its already using (there is an attribute active="true" which can be added to any tab, like in our case we want info tab opened initially). On submitting that databasetable  form it goes to client page, I think we can check the last url and according to that set the active="true" to the that page. Or passing some parameter to next page but for this we can do this inside the UI tabs.
